The beach is beautiful and the activities for families are plenty! Free wifi is incredibly fast which is a huge plus!

The service can be slow and the beds are uncomfortably hard. don't expect a 5-star experience.

Room cleanliness upon check-in left much to be desired!!! Maintenance issues with appliances, such as air conditioning and shower temperature, were frustrating. Not ideal for families when it comes to pool etiquette!!! Overly intrusive check-in process felt unnecessary.

We had a great time enjoying all the activities available. The kids loved the pools, and the beach area was nice and clean. I particularly appreciated the quality of the food, especially during breakfast. There was a fantastic variety to choose from.

However, there were some maintenance issues that needed attention during our stay, such as the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms not working properly. Also, it would have been easier to navigate the property if there was a map available.

The pools and hotel grounds are truly lovely, creating a relaxing oasis. However, the food was overpriced and disappointing, and we faced unexpected charges for dish soap and sponge, which was frustrating. Overall, a mix of great experiences with some room for improvement.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a cozy family suite with a kitchen. The kids loved the multiple pools and kids club, while we relaxed at the spa. Don't miss the nearby pristine beaches and Tairona National Park for a perfect day trip. Be mindful of extra charges for classes.

The wireless internet was impressively fast, and I felt safe walking around Santa Marta. Some prices for food and drinks were steep, and I noticed guests opting for nearby supermarkets instead. Overall, while I enjoyed the amenities and services, some areas definitely need improvement for a truly top-notch experience.
